Publishing your app in the App Store via your developer account.

Apple Developer account for your white label app

In order for us to publish your white-label app in the Apple App Store, you will need your own Apple Developer account. This Apple program is available only in English and requires a small annual fee.

What you need for registration

Apple ID with two-factor authentication enabled
Apple device (e.g. iPhone, iPad or Mac) to confirm your identity
For companies: A DUNS® number to verify the organization (can be applied for free)

If you're registering on behalf of a company, be sure to include the legally registered company name . Apple will verify this information against official records. The registrant must typically hold a senior position. In some cases, Apple may also require telephone verification or written authorization.

Typical questions in the Apple verification interview:

What is your company name? (must match the DUNS® registration)
Which department do you work in? (e.g., IT, Marketing)
What is the purpose of your app? (e.g., company information, job postings, protected employee area – public relevance is important )

Notes on providing your name during registration

Please note when entering names / company names:

Use only letters of the Latin alphabet
No umlauts or special characters (replace e.g. ä → a, ö → o, ü → u, ß → ss)
The name can be a maximum of 100 characters long – if it is longer, additional steps are required

After you register for the Apple Developer Program and pay the fee, you'll gain access to App Store Connect . Without this registration, you won't be able to publish or manage apps on the App Store.
Sign in to App Store Connect with your Apple ID.
Navigate to Business → Your Company → Compliance
Under “Digital Services Act” select:
“I’m not a trader under the DSA or I don’t plan to distribute in the EU”
