Prepare for automatic publishing to the Apple App Store

The  App Store Connect API token is crucial for automating the management and publishing of your app to the Apple App Store. This token allows Loxonet to deliver updates directly and efficiently, keeping your app up-to-date and publishing effortless.

To create this token, you must  be the account holder of your App Store Connect account. Only the account holder can create the first token; after that, admins can also create new tokens.

Create API token:

1. Sign in to  App Store Connect .
2. Navigate to  User and Access , then the  Integrations tab .
3. Open the  Team Keys section .
4. If necessary, click  Request Access , confirm the checkbox and click  Submit .
5. Click  Generate API Key (or the  plus icon if keys already exist).
6. Enter Loxonet Employee App as the name  .
7. Select the  App Manager role .
8. Click  Generate .
9. Download the  .p8 file with the private key and save it securely. This download is  only possible once. If the file is lost, a new API token including the .p8 file can be created at any time – provided you are the account holder or admin.
10. Copy the  key ID from the table.
11. Copy the  Issuer ID (above the table).
12. Send the following three pieces of information to the email address provided by Loxonet:
    
    • Key ID
    • Issuer ID
    • the saved  .p8 file
