Setting up the SEPA direct debit mandate
1. In the admin panel, use the menu on the left to navigate to the item System and then to the sub-item Contract .
2. On the right you will find your account details and directly below the information on how to set up the SEPA direct debit mandate . Clicking on the green button "Set up SEPA direct debit mandate" takes you directly to the form with which you can set up your SEPA direct debit mandate.
3. We work with the GoCardless service to collect our SEPA direct debit mandates in order to guarantee our customers the highest level of security. Fill out the form with your data and confirm the process by clicking on the green button "Confirm direct debit" .
4. You have now successfully set up your SEPA direct debit mandate.
