How can we help you?
Here in our Help Center you will find all general answers to questions about billing, admin panel, product and much more.
What is the admin panel? what is it for
Our admin panel is the "control center" of your Loxonet, so to speak. Here you can make all the necessary settings for optimal administration and networking.
How long does it take to set up Loxonet?
The complete setup of Loxonet can be completed in just a few hours. On average, it takes a few days until Loxonet is set up down to the last detail and the social intranet is ready for use.
What should I do if I have a technical problem?
You can reach us at any time via the chat (blue button at the bottom right) and tell us your problem or feedback. Within business hours, we usually reply within a few minutes. Our support is only available to a limited extent on weekends and public holidays - but we will get back to you as soon as possible.
How can a function (application) be hidden?
There are cases where you want to deactivate certain Loxonet functions for certain user groups and make them completely invisible.
We will show you how this can be done with an example of CRM contacts.
For example, you can hide CRM contacts by going to the admin panel. From there, click Access Rights . Find the desired application (CRM) in the list. And disable the specific access rights In our case, it is Allow this user group to access the function for the required groups.
And then click Save .
This application will then disappear from the list for the selected groups.
You can also use the marketplace feature to turn the app off or on for all user groups.
SPF record
Unfortunately, we don't have any instructions on how to create an SPF record. It's a DNS entry.
You can find this in admin panel → System → Domain .
We don't have specific guides, but every hosting provider (where you buy and set up your domain from) has such guides. You can find instructions from your hosting provider.
Is it possible to integrate the service into your own homepage?
We give you the opportunity to put Loxonet on your own domain. (e.g.: https://intranet.company.de) A direct connection to services such as Joomla, WordPress, etc. is not possible for security reasons. This is because we cannot guarantee the security of third-party software. As a rule, our customers use Loxonet on their own domains and place a large "Intranet" button on their website.
