How can guests be added to the social intranet?

 

Individual guests can  be added in the CRM under  Add guest with just a few clicks.

To do this, go to the  CRM application  and click  Add CRM Contact.

Fill out all required fields in the form that now appears and save the data.

It is also possible to create an entire guest list similar to the user upload in the  admin panel → CRM → import function.

Where can I upload CRM lists?

To do this, please go to your  admin panel , then to the  CRM function and select the  import function  .

There you will find a table as an import template for your contacts. In the next step you can select a user group for the new contacts and then upload the list.

It is not absolutely necessary to define a user group beforehand. It is also possible to assign a user group to the CRM contacts at a later point in time.

 

 


 

How to delete a CRM group?

To delete CRM contact groups, go to  admin panel , select  CRM > CRM Contact Groups .
Here you select the groups to be deleted and you can delete the group using the 3 dots on the right-hand side.
Note that no contact must belong to this group in order to finally delete the group.

If the group is not deleted , you must permanently delete any contacts you have assigned to this group that you have previously deleted.

You can do this in the admin panel under the Deleted CRM Contacts tab  .

After that you can delete these CRM contact groups.
