I am not receiving any push notifications
If you don't receive push notifications, this can be due to several factors.
Basically, the setting is in your device, so your system setting is relevant here.
If push notifications are not delivered to your device, this can be due to two possible settings:
- Setting 1 - Loxonet notification settings in the app.
Click on your photo in the top right corner to open the sidebar menu → select Notifications .
- Setting 2 - system settings of the smartphone.
You can turn notifications on and off per app on your iPhone. To do this, please navigate to the following menu item: System settings → Notifications → Loxonet → Allow notifications.
You can also toggle notifications on and off per app on your Android device. To do this, please navigate to the following menu item: System settings → Apps → Loxonet → Notifications → Show notifications .
You may also be using an outdated version of the app and therefore not receiving push notifications. If this is the case, we recommend updating or completely reinstalling the app.
